During the beta all features are free

Happy Squid is free to use with limited features. This is a great way to get started. When you are ready to unlock more powerful features, Happy Squid Pro starts at $2.99 per month with yearly billing and gives you unlimited blocks, unlimited task sessions, and allows you to block website categories and groups.

Yes. Happy Squid Pro comes with a 7-day free trial. Just make a subscription and your free trial starts automatically. This gives you time to explore all the features before committing to a paid plan.

Yes. Happy Squid is built to work across all your devices. This way, websites you already blocked won't tempt you elsewhere. Just log in with your Happy Squid account on each device and you're set. Your blocks, settings, and everything else sync automatically.

Besides blocking and locking websites, Happy Squid also lets you set up intelligent exceptions for each blocked website. This way, cutting back on websites does not mean cutting them off entirely. With Happy Squid Tasks, you just describe what you're working on, and Happy Squid blocks everything unrelated. Learn more about Happy Squid's features here.

Yes. The extension works perfectly on its own. The desktop app only adds extra functionality for power users, like blocking desktop apps and keeping you from bypassing your blocks by switching browsers.

Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time in your account settings in the extension, the desktop and mobile apps, and on our website. After cancellation, you can keep using your subscription and its paid features until the end of your current billing period.
